1. Engineering Services & Scope of Work

TechnoFreaks Technologies delivers professional cloud architecture, DevOps automation, Kubernetes cluster orchestration, security hardening, and custom full-stack software development services. Each commercial engagement is defined by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing architecture specifications, delivery timelines, milestone acceptance criteria, and designated engineer allocations.

Any modifications, scope extensions, or architectural shifts requested during project execution must be documented through written change orders signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a customized enterprise agreement:

• Client Deliverables: All custom Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu modules, Helm charts, CI/CD pipeline scripts, container manifests, and application codebases) authored specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client upon fulfillment of associated payment milestones.
• Pre-Existing Tooling: TechnoFreaks retains all rights to its proprietary pre-existing utility libraries, internal diagnostic scripts, benchmarking models, and foundational scaffolding used to deliver the services. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize such embedded artifacts within their production environments.

3. Service Level Agreements & Cloud Provider Dependencies

For dedicated DevOps pod engagements with active ongoing support contracts, TechnoFreaks maintains contracted response times for critical severity incidents (such as production cluster outages).

Client acknowledges that cloud infrastructure uptime and availability are fundamentally dependent on underlying public cloud providers (including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure). TechnoFreaks implements high-availability, multi-Availability-Zone architectures and zero-downtime deployment pipelines, but is not liable for upstream cloud provider global outages or regional network disruptions.

4. Free Web Utilities & Diagnostic Tools

TechnoFreaks provides free public developer, SEO, and cloud cost estimation utilities for informational and exploratory purposes. While our tools use realistic engineering heuristics and verified industry benchmarks:

• All free tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• Calculations (including cloud cost estimators and software build projections) represent directional estimates and do not constitute a binding commercial quote until validated by a technical discovery audit.
• Automated SEO and security scans provide point-in-time observational insights and do not substitute for formal SOC 2 audits or comprehensive penetration testing.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information, including source code, architectural schemas, API keys, database credentials, business roadmaps, and pricing terms, with the same standard of care used to protect their own sensitive business assets. Confidentiality obligations endure throughout the engagement and for five (5) years following project completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to technical services rendered.
